How to cope with the sudden loss of a loved one (boyfriend), whom I thought was my soul mate?

especially after his suicide.

I had that happen to me during my freshman year in college, I moved away and he stayed. He became increasingly depressed and then of a failed suicide attempt that was finally able to get on with it. He wrote his suicide note to me. It was a horrible time in my life, I've missed and thought about him constantly. I wanted to die, wanted to be with him, I thought that nobody would understand me as he did. I thought it was a sign that he should resign and do it too. It took about four or five years and a lot of work on these issues to finally come to peace with what happened. I'm really really sorry that your loved one did this. I'm really sorry you have to deal with the pain and you have to live without them in your life. But remember, it was not his fault t. Suicide is a complex people use when the pain is too much for their coping skills and who are ending their lives as the only way to end that pain. But pain and pleasure is temporary. The pain and sadness will pass, and life will go. You will notice that after a while that does not have the same reaction to his death and an agreement is reached with him. and one day you will make peace with it. somehow. that can take a long time to find peace and to be OK with the lack of that person. It's been almost nine years since my friend committed suicide. Now I can look back to that time with some wisdom and see that he felt trapped in our little town, and isolated and boring, because all his friends went to college and stayed with his parents. I regret that he did not see how it was temporary, I am sorry that life is very difficult and some people cannot take it. But when I think of him now I smile and remember the good times and not think of it as a loss of both. Think of it as a blessing must have that person in my life and shaped who I was. Her death has struck me too. But his death as a way to honor them as a person. Do not let his senseless death. Just breathe and stay busy and allow the process to cope naturally. Feeling sad and mourn, and feel empty and alone. be crazy and all her feelings. and feel that as long as you do. But I know that with time, the pain of his death and ultimately reduces'll have to come to peace with something very hard and difficult. I really am. You should also try to talk to a professional so that you can express your emotions. I say professional because when I was trying to talk to my friends about his death, some were really cruel to the fact that it was a suicide. Some told me to just keep going. a professional at least know how to react and offers support and a good ear. Your life will go on, you will find someone sitting near the back, and be happy. It took a long time to find a good friend "soulmate" but met someone who I felt very close again. and yes I still believe he was my soul mate, but I think you can connect on a deep level, with more than one person in your life. I know for a fact.
